Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Junoon Cafe website or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and customers of Junoon Cafe, Bradford.

Section 2

Entry & Admission

Entry to Junoon Cafe is subject to the following conditions:

• Guests must be aged 21 or over. Valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card) is required. No ID, no entry.
• Junoon operates as a private smokers club. Admission requirements apply to all guests.
• Admission requires a minimum order — typically 1 shisha between 2 guests, or 2 shishas between 3 guests, plus a drink per person.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• A smart casual dress code applies. From 6pm, shorts, vests, gym wear, slippers, and sliders are not permitted.

Section 3

Bookings & Reservations

Reservations are recommended but not guaranteed. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings where necessary.

For groups of 6 or more, advance booking with at least 24 hours notice is strongly advised. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in inability to accommodate the group.

We close at 2am without exception. No extension to closing time will be made for any booking or group.

Section 4

Guest Conduct

Junoon Cafe maintains a zero tolerance policy on the following:

• Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behaviour toward staff or other guests
• Bringing outside food, drink, or alcohol onto the premises
• Bringing personal shisha tobacco or hookah equipment
• Smoking cigarettes or cigars inside the venue — designated outdoor areas only
• Use of confetti, glitter, or similar items without prior written approval

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the premises if their behaviour disrupts the experience for others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Section 5

Service Terms

Shisha is provided for on-premise consumption only and cannot be taken off-site. All shisha is prepared by our staff using our own equipment and blends — no substitutions or modifications outside our standard offerings are permitted.

Menu items, flavours, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Availability cannot be guaranteed for specific items.

We follow all applicable UK regulations relating to age verification, smoking premises, and food safety.

Section 6

Liability

Junoon Cafe is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. We recommend guests keep valuables secure at all times.

Consumption of shisha is at the guest's own risk. Health information about shisha use is available from NHS resources. Guests with medical conditions should seek advice before using shisha.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junoon Cafe's liability for any claims arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid by the guest during the visit in question.

This website is provided for informational purposes only. All content — including text, images, and design — is the property of Junoon Cafe and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all content is current at all times. Opening hours, menus, and pricing may change without notice to the website.
