What To Have Ready

📍 A clear indoor space for setup. We need enough room to work around the pipe safely — a living room or garden room works well.
🪟 Ventilation. Shisha indoors needs airflow — an open window or door nearby. We'll advise on this when you book.
18+ All guests must be 18 or over. We operate the same Challenge 25 policy as the venue. Valid photo ID may be requested.
💳 Payment on delivery. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash all accepted. Full amount confirmed before we arrive.
📅 Book at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Same-day requests handled subject to availability — WhatsApp us to check.

We're launching across Bradford postcodes BD1 through BD18, covering the city centre, Manningham, Heaton, Shipley, Idle, Queensbury, and surrounding areas. Coverage will expand after launch. If you're on the boundary, WhatsApp us — we'll let you know if you're included.
Nothing at all. We bring everything — the pipe, tobacco, natural coal, foil, tongs, and heat management equipment. All you need to provide is the space and some ventilation. We set up, manage the session, and clean up when we leave.
Yes. You can add drinks and desserts from the Junoon menu to your delivery order. Signature mocktails, soft drinks, and shareable dessert plates — all delivered with your shisha session. Just let us know when you book.
A standard living room is more than enough. We need space to position the pipe safely and for our staff to move around it comfortably. Gardens and outdoor spaces work well too — weather permitting. We'll advise when you confirm the booking.
Strictly 18+. We operate the same Challenge 25 policy as the venue. All guests present must be 18 or over. We may ask for photo ID on arrival — passport, driving licence, or PASS card. If we cannot verify ages, we reserve the right to refuse the session.
We recommend at least 24 hours notice, especially for weekends. Same-day requests will be handled subject to availability — WhatsApp us and we'll let you know immediately if we can accommodate you.
