The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website or in premises in GBP and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. Delivery costs, if required, shall be added to the price of the Products and will be indicated separately on the order form.
Junoon regularly verifies that prices of the Products displayed on the Menu are correct; however, Junoon cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the event that an error in the pricing of a Product is detected, Junoon shall refuse the order and offer the Client the opportunity to purchase the Product at the correct price. If the error is detected after the order has been accepted, Junoon will also offer the Client the opportunity to cancel the order.
Payment of the price of the Products included in the order proposal and the relevant delivery charges, if any, shall be paid by the Client by cash, credit card, PayPal or by bank transfer. As the purchaser, the Client represents and warrants to have legally obtained the funds used to pay the price of the Products included in the order proposal (and the relevant delivery charges, if any) and not to be engaged in any transaction designed to conceal the identity, source or destination of the funds with which the Client pays the price of the ordered Products (and the relevant delivery charges, if any).
The Client has the right to withdraw from the contracted purchase with no reason within 120 (one hundred and twenty) seconds of the fresh product being made. Any time after that they will be required to pay the full amount for purchases and or products/services to be used/consumed.
Without prejudice to the Client’s rights, and with the exception of personalized Products, Junoon allows in any case the Client to replace Products purchased, pursuant to the following procedure:
(I) within 30 (thirty) minutes of receipt of the Products (Shisha only), the Client shall contact a Junoon Client Advisor;
(II) after that, the Client shall return to Junoon the Products to be replaced. The exchange will be accepted by Junoon subject to the availability of the new Products requested.
The replacement will be processed by Junoon as a new order of the Client subject to the same terms and conditions as set out in these General Conditions for the initial order. if the price is different, Junoon will request the Client to pay – the difference, as the case may be.
Junoon guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased in-store or on the Website
Admission into premises requires 1 (one) shisha between 2 (two) individuals and 2 (two) shishas between 3 (three) individuals and a drink to purchase per person. Failure to make these purchases we have the right to refuse entry.
No items from other stores selling similar products (drinks) and or (food) are to be bought and consumed into the premises. You will be asked to dispose of it before entering.
Dress code – smart casual wear. No hoodies, shorts or vests to be worn on the premises.
Drugs/Narcotics/Alcohol and Herbal stimulants are strictly prohibited from the premises. In the event, our staff smell, see or suspect you have taken any stimulants you will be refused entry, asked to leave, and or Barred.
We will not accept any erratic loud or abusive behavior toward staff or other patrons; we will go to the full length of the law to uphold our rights and rules.
